I usually use an Android TV to watch IPTV, and there is currently no app on Android TV that comes close to the experience that IPTVX provides.

Tivimate is the best IPTV app you can use on Android TV and Amazon’s Fire TV; it’s fast and intuitive, and the app’s design is very similar to Android TV’s Live Channels app.
